GWA BREAKDOWN
January 12th, 2001
From the Richmond Coliseum in Richmond, Virginia
The night kicked off with the shots from a screaming GWA audience in Richmond, Virginia, ready for some hot 'rasslin action on a Friday night! Breakdown was finally upon us, one week after the mayhem at GWA: Crowning Glory. Tonight, the GWA story will continue forward. Michael Greenwood and Sam Reed went over the card as we continued to see shots of the crowd.
All four titles will be on the line tonight! New GWA World Heavyweight Champion, Blackjack Harley will defend his title in a REMATCH against the other finalist of Crowning Glory, "The Young Pistol" Travis Logan!
The GWA World Tag Team Titles will be on the line, as the rookies of Future Shock take on Badd Moon!
GWA Television Champion, Lord Horatio Nelson will defend his strap against fan favorite, Billy Ferdinand!
And the GWA Junior-Heavyweight Champion, The Homicidal Threat, will defend his prized title against the dark and mysterious Black Wolf!
Plus, the team that came so close to winning the Tag Team Titles, Midnight Express 2000, will take on the team of The War Gods!
Japan clashes with Mexico as Magnum Dragon takes on Super Augilla in an international war!
Venom will go one-on-one with "Angry" Robert Mula!
And finally, "The New Blood" Shane Von Erich will take on The Arachnid!
Looks like it could be a great night of action! Let's get straight to the ring!
The crowd roared in approval as "More Human Than Human" by White Zombie blared, and the new GWA World Tag Team Champions entered the Richmond Coliseum. Keith Cole and David Gray looked like they had just won the lottery as they heard the crowd pop that was intended for them. Future Shock performed well at Crowning Glory, and deserve to hold the World Tag Team Titles.
This match started off with Lunar of Badd Moon and David Gray in the squared circle. Gray immediately locked on an armwringer, followed up by a hammerlock, and then spun Lunar around to take him down with a hiptoss! The crowd popped as a frustrated Lunar got up and ran straight into a drop toe hold from Gray. Gray reached over and tagged Cole in, who entered with a slingshot legdrop onto the back of Lunar's head! Cole went for the early cover, but only got a two!
Cole went upstairs and waited for Lunar to get up from the canvas. As he did, Cole leaped off and caught Lunar with a flying hurricanrana!!! Big face pop! Cole tagged Gray back in, who went to pick up Lunar with a wheelbarrel suplex, but was caught by a back heel to the groin! Lunar, who was worse for wear, crawled over and tagged Eclipse into the match!
Eclipse came at Gray with a pair of bodyslams, followed by an elbow from the second turnbuckle to the throat of one half of the Tag Team Champions. Eclipse locked on a half Boston, and Gray struggled with pain, but was able to quickly drag himself to the ropes to release the hold.
Eclipse and Lunar doubled teamed Gray, with a double backbreaker. As Keith Cole attempted to enter the ring to make the save, referee Robert Taylor hastily went over to restrain him from interfearing. As this was happening, Badd Moon simply pummeled David Gray with double axehandles and stomps all over his body. The crowd was heavily booing, but that did nothing to deter Robert Taylor from doing his job. As he turned around, Eclipse raised his hands and looked at the ref with injured innocence, getting another heelish response.
Eclipse whipped Gray into the ropes and lower his head for the backdrop, but Gray leapfrogged over Eclipse! Eclipse turned around baffled to meet a standing dropkick to the face! Eclipse tumbled down as David Gray tagged in Keith Cole, who came blazing in, tearing into both Lunar and Eclipse with clotheslines and big roundhouse rights!
As soon as Cole was in, the momentum was always going to be with the Tag Champs. Cole nailed Eclipse with a spinning leg lariat, as Gray caught him with a springboard splash! The icing on the cake was Keith Cole setting Eclipse on the top turnbuckle and launching him off with a Splash Mountain power bomb, as David Gray caught him with an inverted front face driver!!! The match was as good as done!!!
1...
Future Shock defeated Badd Moon when Gray pinned Eclipse after the Splash Mountain into an inverted front face driver in 0:06:47
A sucessful first defence for the World Tag Team Champions! However, Gray and Cole's celebrations in the ring were cut short, as our cameras changed to a situation developing backstage.
Blackjack Harley had just arrived at the Coliseum with his gym bags, when he was suddenly jumped from behind by a maniacal Death Row! Death Row tackled Harley to the ground and pounded on him with his fists. He dragged Blackjack Harley up and threw him head first into a cement barrier in the parking lot! Harley slumped over into a ball, unconscious, as Death Row wiped his hands clean on Harley's shirt and then kicked his limp body before walking away.
***Commercial Break***
As we returned, the GWA doctor and the GWA trainer and a couple of officials were standing over Blackjack Harley, tending to him. It seemed as if he didn't need a stretcher, but getting thrown head-first into cement doesn't exactly bode well with a title defense in line later in the evening. For now, we returned to the ring.

Shane Von Erich was partially cheated out of his place in the Semi-Finals of Crowning Glory, but to his credit, he has not complained about the incident since last Friday evening. Anyone who's anyone in wrestling knows that he is going to beat The Arachnid here tonight though. The Arachnid is seriously... the biggest J-word in the entire wrestling business. Seriously.
The Arachnid pathetically challenged for a test of strength as the bell rung for the match to start. Von Erich agreed and nearly instantly wrestled The Arachnid to the ground. The Arachnid was trying to signal to referee Peter Larson that he wanted to submit, but Larson informed him that you couldn't submit the match to a test of strength. The crowd laughed as The Arachnid wailed in pain.
Finally, Von Erich released the hold and dragged The Arachnid to his feet, planting him with an atomic drop. Von Erich went upstairs and clobbered The 'Nid with a flying kneedrop across the chest cavity, sending The Arachnid rolling around on the canvas like a fish out of water, gasping for air! Another round of laughter.
Von Erich whipped The Arachnid into the corner and threw in several chops and a couple of boots to the midsection, followed up by a snap mare out of the corner and onto the canvas.
As soon as Von Erich realized that The Arachnid was not going to fight back, he hooked him up in fisherman suplex position and hit the New Wave for the duke.
Shane Von Erich pinned The Arachnid with The New Wave in 0:04:29
Hey, The Arachnid pulled a positive match! That's at least an improvement. Hey, we at the GWA will honestly admit... that -was- a squash match.
Backstage, Ken Sinclair was standing by with comments from "The Nicest Man In Professional Wrestling" Jarvis Rochester.
Sinclair: Fans...
Rochester: [Snatching the mic.] I'll take it from here curtain-jerker Sinclair. Hello fans, it is I, your savior and salvation, your personal hero, and the man you only wish you could be... "The Nicest Man In Professional Wrestling" Jarvis Rochester!
Rochester: I asked for this mic tonight, because I feel the need to share some comments with you, my millions and millions of fans out there. [The fans in the arena are heavily booing and insulting Rochester as they watch this on the big screen.] Last week, after I was eliminated from the Television Title Battle Royale... in a highly unjust way I might add... I was then sneakily and brutally attacked by a very highly strung "Aerodynamic" Eric Copeland, obviously soring after I quite easily eliminated him from the Battle Royale.
Rochester: [A tear forming in his eye.] This attack has left me with a dislocated pinky finger and massive amounts of... [Breaks down into fake sobbing.] emotional damage. Now, I have requested to GWA Owner Matt Walker that Mr. Copeland be suspended indefinately for this henous attack, but I was for some reason kicked out of his office! Perhaps a case of mistaken identity on Mr. Walker's part, but I AM one of his wrestlers! Come on! Just because I dress nice... [shows off his horrible sweater around his neck and his khaki pants.] and not like a barbarian doesn't mean I'm NOT a wrestler.
Rochester: Getting back to Mr. Copeland. In my homeland of Canada, I could press for the death penalty for such a vicious assault, but since I am not a vindictive man, all I am requesting is a good old fashioned duke out! That's right Copeland, I'm challenging you to an old-school styled, one-on-one grudge match, this weekend on Saturday Slam! I hope you stop your shameless debauchery long enough to hear my challenge and accept or decline. [Talking to Sinclair.] Now you can finish the interview for me and get yourself over a little bit kid.
Jarvis tossed Sinclair the mic and walked away. Ken Sinclair just stood there dumbfounded.
Personally, I think this Rochester guy is a little pus.....

Venom came to the ring with some heel heat behind him. Not exactly a popular figure around these parts. His opponent, "Angry" Robert Mula, came out next... through the crowd! These fans really love the insane one with the hard head. Not that I can figure out for the life of me WHY.... but oh well.
The match started off with a lock-up in the center of the ring. Mula won the power battle and shoved Venom into the corner... -hard-. Venom came stumbling back out straight into a belly-to-belly suplex from the "Angry" one. Venom rolled out of the ring for some protection, but Mula followed him outside instantly.
Venom turned around and popped Mula in the mouth with a right hand, and soon a brawl outside the ring was on our hands. Mula and Venom traded blows until Venom reached back and whipped Mula into the steel guardrail, slightly denting it with the mass of the big Mula.
Venom reached for a chair and used it like a spear, driving it into the gut of Mula, and then bashing him over the back with it. Venom had done his homework. Most guys would just swing the chair and crack Mula in the head, but for some reason blows to the head don't exactly effect this guy very much.
Venom rolled Mula into the ring just as referee Bill Nash was about to count them out. Venom pounded on Mula in the corner with a running kneelift to the jaw, followed up by some pummeling elbowsmash blows to the facial features of Mula. Venom took Mula out of the corner with a spinning backbreaker and then hit a slingshot elbowdrop!!! Mula could be down for the count right now!
1...
Venom was pissed! He barked ferociously at Bill Nash, who ignored the yelling. Venom had wasted time by disputing the ref's decision, and gave Mula time to get back up. Venom turned around to receive a back heel kick right in the face! Venom was stunned stupid, and Mula whipped him into the ropes and caught him with a flapjack into a gutbuster!!!
One feels that Venom might have had this match if he would have concentrated more. Mula flattened Venom with a slingshot somersault splash, nearly 300 pounds landing on top of him! The "Angry" one picked Venom back up and promptly nailed the Final Fortune, earning the three count and another win on his record.
Robert Mula defeated Venom with the Final Fortune in 0:10:03
A pretty decent match though, it has to be said. If Venom goes back to the drawing board he might be able to get himself back on track.
We went backstage again with Ken Sinclair who had the challenger for the World Title tonight, Travis Logan.
Sinclair: I'm here with "The Young Pistol" Travis Logan, whom is involved with tonight's main event for the World Heavyweight Title. Mr. Logan, do you have any comments over this evening's earlier attack by Death Row on your opponent tonight, Blackjack Harley?
Logan: [Slowly removes his sunglasses and glares at Sinclair.] Boy, I oughta slap the taste out of your slimey mouth right now for saying that. You're trying to imply that I had something to do with that attack, ain't cha?!!!
Sinclair: [Looking fearful.] N...no...no... nothing like that.
Logan: Well keep your mouth shut and hold the mic there and you might keep your head on after this interview is over. First things first, Blackjack, you know that belt you've got around that fat gut of yours belongs to me. You know I schooled you in that ring last week at Crowning Glory. You're an old man, whose mustache is as out-dated as his wrestling boots! Tonight, I'm gonna take back what's rightfully mine, and that's the World Heavyweight Title.
Logan: And Death Row... you dirty criminal. I ain't got no love lost for you either. You interfered in MY match that I was about to win. Just because the old man hits his finisher doesn't mean the match is over! And then you hit me with that damn trash can like the incompetent piece of jailbait that you are! Well Death Row, you can rest assured, as soon as I win the World Heavyweight Title, you'll be the first to get your ass kicked by "The Young Pistol". Now if you'll excuse me Mr. Sinclair, I've got a title to win tonight.

International action would now be taking place, as two masked superstars in their respective countries, Japan and Mexico, would now go at it in what promised to be a very exciting match.
The match started with a knucklelock from both men, as Super Augilla forced Magnum Dragon down, with his back arching backwards and the top of his head touching the canvas. However, Magnum managed to flip backwards and raise his boot above and around Super Augilla's arm to break the hold, and then took him down with a deep armdrag takedown. Augilla got right back up, but ran into another deep armdrag.
Frustrated, Augilla charged at Magnum again, but nailed him with a dropkick to the knee instead, followed up by a quick spike DDT! Augilla went for an early fall...
1...
Augilla ran toward the ropes and came back at Dragon with a springboard armdrag, sending Magnum Dragon literally sliding out of the ring. Augilla ran towards Magnum, but Magnum grabbed both of Augilla's legs and dragged him out of the ring and nailed him with an inverted powerbomb onto the steel guardrail!!! What a move!
The crowd popped as Magnum Dragon jumped onto the apron and landed a beautiful Asai moonsault onto the luchadore! Both men toppled over the guardrail and fell into the front row of the Richmond Coliseum!!!
Super Augilla and Magnum Dragon eventually made their way back into the ring, with Magnum going for a slingshot sunset flip on Augilla, but Augilla sat down on Magnum's shoulders before Mel Harris could count...
...but Magnum Dragon flipped Super Augilla backwards into sunset position again.

Super Augilla rolled backwards and hooked Magnum Dragon's legs in a roll-up.

Magnum flipped Augilla down in sunset position again, but rolled through for the bridging pin!
1...
Augilla pushed the bridge up and managed to stand up with Magnum Dragon in an incredible show of strength. Augilla spun Magnum around and took him down with a backslide!
1...
Both men rolled away as the crowd gave them both a tremendous pop of respect for their chain wrestling. However, they didn't indulge in the moment too long. Augilla nailed Magnum with a cross-body block to turn the tides in his favor.
Augilla hit some chops at the chest of Magnum Dragon and then Irish whipped him into the ropes. It seemed as if Augilla was going for some type of flapjack-like maneuver, but Magnum Dragon countered with a dropkick nearly eight feet into the air! Dragon rolled backwards, landing gracefully, and then planted Super Augilla down for good with a jumping neck snap!
However, at this point, The Great Hido had made his way down to the ring. An old rival of Magnum Dragon back in Japan, Hido stared down his old nemesis, who had his back turned to Super Augilla.
Dragon turned around and got kicked in the gut and then nailed with Augilla's finisher, the Hanging Brainbuster! The crowd booed away, but Mel Harris had to count.
1...
Super Augilla defeated Magnum Dragon with the Hanging Brainbuster in 0:12:04
The Great Hido immediately slid into the ring as he and Super Augilla started laying the boots to Magnum Dragon. Apparently, The Great Hido has convinced Augilla to be on his side! Their plan worked well tonight, but not for long... as the crowd popped for the appearance of El Caballero, who ran down the aisle and springboarded into the ring with a clothesline on Super Augilla!!!
Augilla rolled out of the ring, as The Great Hido quickly slithered out of the ring like a snake, as the crowd booed the two foriegn athletes away. El Caballero bent down on one knee to tend to Magnum Dragon as we faded out for a commercial.

As we came back from break, we caught a glipse of the World Champion, Blackjack Harley, slamming open his locker room door, holding an ice pack to his head. Harley stalks through the hallways of the arena for a few moments before GWA Owner and Chairman, Matt Walker catches up with him.
Walker: We can call the match off... it's no problem champ.
Harley: [Pointing a finger at Walker.] You keep the damn match going the way it is now. And you give me a piece of Death Row next week.
Walker: Hey... come on now... take it easy...
Harley slams his fist into a nearby beverage machine and growls towards Matt Walker before stalking off.

Manager Darian Doring led the way for "Stunning" Scott Somers and "Beautiful" Bobby Williams as they prepared to face Ares and Mars, The War Gods.
The match started off as MXY2K jumped The War Gods before the opening bell. Bobby Williams tossed Ares out of the ring as Scott Somers started pounding on Mars. Williams and Somers whipped Mars into the ropes and planted him with a double backdrop, followed up by a double elbowdrop. Williams exited the ring as Somers made the cover...
1...
Somers went to work on Mars, executing a vertical suplex, and then hitting a traditional side slam. Somers tagged out to "Beautiful" Bobby, who started clobbering Mars with repeated double axehandles to the head! Williams whipped Mars into the corner and followed him in, but Mars raised his boot and caught Williams in the mush! Mars quickly followed up with a bulldog to Williams out of the corner!
Mars reached over and tagged in Ares, and The War Gods hit Williams with a double clothesline, sending the "Beautiful" one down, clutching at his windpipe. Ares lifted Williams up, and in a show of strength, slammed him down with a Gorilla press slam! Ares dropped the elbow and went for the cover...
1...
Ares picked Williams up and whipped him into the ropes, looking for a hiptoss on the return, but Williams blocked the hiptoss and gouged Ares in the eyes, and promptly nailed him with a hangman's neckbreaker! Great move!
Williams tagged Somers back into the match, who came off the top rope with a flying kneedrop onto Ares, who was left clutching painfully at his chest. Somers lifted Ares back up and planted him down head-first with a piledriver!
Somers called Williams over, as Williams hit Ares with a side backbreaker, and held him there, and Scott Somers came flying off the top rope with a flying elbowdrop! The Expression! This match was over.... but MXY2K were not covering War God Ares!
At the instruction of manager Darian Doring, Midnight Express 2000 chucked Ares across the ring so he could tag in his partner Mars! Unbelievable! Mars charged across the ring at MXY2K, but Williams caught him in flapjack position, and Somers nailed Mars with an Ace Crusher! (Otherwise known as 3D.) Mars was out of it, as Williams hit the side backbreaker on Mars this time, and Somers hit the elbow on him! The Expression performed on both members of The War Gods! Now it was over.
Midnight Express 2000 defeated The War Gods when Williams pinned Mars after The Expression in 0:08:07
The crowd booed Williams and Somers as they high-fived, with Darian Doring joining them inside the ring with a microphone.
Doring: [Talking to The War Gods.] ... And you pathetic scum can go back to your precious GWA locker room and tell everyone what a great-big ass kicking you got from the NWA, baby!!! Hahahahaha!
Doring handed the mic to Williams.
Williams: We're still here in the horrible GWA, because we haven't achieved our goal yet. We're here to bring back all the gold from elsewhere to the NWA. Weather you like us, or you hate us, we're sticking around until the Tag Team Championships are around our waists and we throw them down on a national NWA television program. You can count on that!
Somers: Future Shock! You guys screwed us over! The belts should be with us right now! Well, actually... they should be on the floor by now, but that's besides the point. You're just a couple of scrawny kids who don't know what they got coming to them.... and that's a damn good beating at the hands of Midnight Express 2000! Next week on Breakdown, the titles are coming home! Whooo!
As most of the crowd boo Somers for his terrible Flair impersonation, "The Beautiful People" by Marilyn Manson begins to blare, as "Turbo" Todd Casey and "Dynamite" Devon Danzig, the team of Twisted Youth appears at the top of the ramp to a huge face pop!!!
Casey: Hey maybe you idiots forgot about something, but Future Shock got one over on us too. Now while we're not whining sore losers like yourselves, we'd still like another shot at Future Shock, because we really think we can beat 'em.
Danzig: But you guys completely overlooked Twisted Youth's part in the Four-Way Dance last week... and that kind of pisses us off!!!
Casey: Who the hell says you deserve a title shot next week? You haven't proved much here tonight. I say you face us for the chance to be number one contender next week on Breakdown. Whaddya say?
Darian Doring is waving Somers and Williams off, telling them to say no, but their big egos get in the way.
Somers: Alright then, dammit! Next week, it us against you! We'll beat your ass and prove to the world who has the right to challenge for the Tag Team Titles!
Danzig: [With a smile on his face.] See you next week then...
With that, Twisted Youth tossed down their microphones as their music blared again throughout the arena. Midnight Express 2000 were left in the ring, angered at what had just happened.

"Sabotage" by The Beastie Boys blared away, as The Homicidal Threat emerged to a tremendous amount of face heat from the Virginia crowd. His opponent, Black Wolf got quite the opposite reaction as he entered the ring area.
The match began with some back and forth mat wrestling basics. The Homicidal Threat had superior technical skills, but Black Wolf had a little more agility, and perhaps speed. Black Wolf locked The Homicidal Threat in a front chancery, which was soon reversed into a chickenwing-type move by The Homicidal Threat.
Black Wolf reached the ropes and the hold was soon released. HT quickly ran into the ropes and took Black Wolf down with a springboard leg lariat, which resulted in a near fall for the current champion.
Black Wolf got up and instantly fired back, a swift kick to the midsection, followed up by a double underhook suplex. Black Wolf dropped some stomps and elbows onto the right knee of The Homicidal Threat and then locked on a kneelock submission hold. However, HT was way too close to the ropes, and escaped the hold quickly.
Black Wolf grabbed Threat and whipped him into the ropes. He attempted to backdrop The Homicidal Threat, but as HT was in the air he took Black Wolf down with a hurricanrana! Threat quickly went upstairs, perhaps already looking for the Pure Homicide, but Black Wolf caught HT with an elbow to the gut and a powerslam from the top turnbuckle all the way to the canvas! Black Wolf covered the champ!
1...
Black Wolf picked HT back up and went for a standard scoop slam, but HT countered with a spinning headscissors to the canvas! Black Wolf hopped back up, but was nailed with a jumping clothesline from The Homicidal Threat. Threat went upstairs again and waited for Black Wolf this time and hit a picture perfect missile dropkick!!! Cover!

The Homicidal Threat backed Black Wolf into the corner, but Black Wolf fired in with a low blow to the champion! Ouch! Wow! A great title match, Black Wolf gave The Homicidal Threat a big run for his money there, but the man from the Jersey Shore managed to pull it off. Perhaps we'll see these two again in the ring together.
Backstage, we saw a split screen shot. One side was Billy Ferdinand limbering up for his big Television Title shot next, the other side was Lord Horatio Nelson having his wrestling boots shined by his manager, Manservant Angus. The TV Title was on the line next!

Nelson wouldn't even bring himself to actually -wear- the GWA Television Title, he had his servant Angus carry it for him to the ring. About 99% of the fans in Richmond were rooting for Billy Ferdinand to take the belt from Nelson as the bell rang to start this title match.
Challenger and Champion locked up in the center of the ring, but Lord Horatio Nelson quickly slammed Ferdinand down with a hair pull, and then quickly did his best pose for the crowd, who booed him away. Ferdinand got back up and went for another tie-up with Nelson, but again, the member of British 'royalty' utilized the hair pull again. Bill Nash got onto Nelson's case about it, but Nelson wasn't listening, he had locked Ferdinand in a reverse chinlock, immediately trying to keep the pace of the match to -his- level, and not Ferdinand's.
Ferdinand worked his way back up and drove a series of elbows into the midsection of Nelson, followed up by a big clothesline, sending the champ down! Ferdinand rocked Nelson with a pair of dropkicks, which sent the Lord into the corner. Ferdinand followed Nelson in, and lit him up with several stinging chops to the chest!
Suddenly, Lord Horatio Nelson reversed the position, and nailed Ferdinand with a pair of chops, and then a knee into the midsection. Nelson sent Ferdinand across the ring with a monkey flip out of the corner... but Ferdinand landed on his feet!!!
Nelson turned around to be kicked in the gut and then powerbombed by Ferdinand! Big face pop as Ferdinand covered Lord Horatio Nelson!!
1...
Ferdinand went upstairs and went for a flying senton onto Lord Nelson, but Manservant Angus reached into the ring and dragged Nelson away and toward the ropes, as Ferdinand's back -crashed- into the canvas with a hard thud!
As Nash was having words with Angus, Lord Horatio Nelson quickly took advantage of the situation by locking Billy Ferdinand up in a bow-and-arrow submission hold! However, Ferdinand would -not- give the match up at this point, he still had some fight left in him. A frustrated Lord Horatio Nelson released the hold and went back to the drawing board.
Nelson picked Ferdinand up and executed a kneebreaker, before taking him down with a bulldog lariat! Nelson stomped on the lower back of Billy Ferdinand, and quickly dragged him back up to his feet, locking him in a side headlock and using his fists to pound on the skull of young Ferdinand.
However, Ferdinand was able to counter by using all his resources and taking Nelson down with a back suplex! Nelson quickly got back up, but was a little dazed. Ferdinand ran into the ropes and hit a springboard bodyblock on Lord Horatio Nelson! We could have a new champ!
1...
At this point, Manservant Angus jumped up onto the ring apron and started yelling obscenities toward Ferdinand, who was about to pound Angus into the ground, but Bill Nash stepped in between them. As Nash was trying to wrestle Angus off of the apron, Billy Ferdinand turned around to receive the GWA Television Title belt slammed into his face by Lord Horatio Nelson!!! Angus had left it on the other side of the ring for Nelson!
Nelson quickly tossed the belt out of the ring as he signalled for the end of the match. He locked Ferdinand in the Royal Flush submission. Once again, Nelson's opponent was unconscious, and the ref had to stop the match before a submission could take place.
Lord Horatio Nelson made Billy Ferdinand submit to the Royal Flush in 0:10:11
As the match finished, Nelson continued his beat down of Billy Ferdinand. Manservant Angus climbed into the ring to give Nelson a hand, when Duncan "The Scotsman" McKracken charged down to the ring with a steel chair in his hand! Nelson saw this and quickly launched himself out of the ring and to safety, but Angus did not see Duncan coming at all. McKracken spun Angus around and -CRACKED- the steel chair into his skull, sending him off to never, never land instantly.
Nelson and McKracken had an exchange of words, as Nelson yelled at McKracken from the aisleway, with the Television Title clutched at his chest. McKracken quickly dived out of the ring and chased after Nelson, who ran at full speed to the back. The main event was coming up.

Travis Logan entered first to a long heel pop. "The Young Pistol" still looked slightly brash and cocky, but there was a bit of seriousness about him tonight. He would have another chance at Blackjack Harley.
Blackjack Harley entered next, with the World Title strapped around his waist. Harley didn't look like he was in any pain or anything, but what he did look was -very- pissed off. He quickly climbed into the ring and started the fight with Travis Logan before ring announcer Johnathan Pickett could even get a word out of his mouth!
Harley was all over Logan at first, pummelling him with some furious lefts and rights. Harley backed Logan into the corner, climbed up the ropes and nailed Logan in the head ten times with some stiff right hands! Blackjack tossed Logan into the oppositie corner and charged in with a big shoulderblock to the sternum of "The Young Pistol".
Harley tossed Logan back into the other corner and went for a charging lariat this time, but Travis Logan raised his boot up and caught Harley in the face, stunning him long enough for Logan to hit a belly-to-belly suplex! Logan went to work on the back of Blackjack Harley's head! He dropped some elbows and fists into Harley's head, trying to send him into unconsciousness!
Logan picked Blackjack Harley up and whipped him into the ropes, looking for a clothesline. However, Harley managed to duck out of the way and catch Logan with a reverse neckbreaker! Harley picked Logan back up and whipped him into the ropes and took him down with a vicious big boot to the facial features of "The Young Pistol". Harley made the cover!
1...
Harley seemed extremely pissed off during this match, if the anger was intended to be directed to Travis Logan or Death Row or both of them, no one knew. He annhilated Logan with a series of stiff lariats, before lifting the challenger up and dropping him with a backbreaker! Harley executed an atomic drop on Logan before running into the ropes and going for another lariat... but this time Logan moved out of the way and nailed Harley with a spinning elbowsmash to the temple! Another blow to the head! This wasn't good for the Champion...
Logan threw a couple of rights into Blackjack Harley's midsection and then dropped him with a piledriver!!! Another move attempting to cripple Blackjack! Travis Logan made the cover!
1...
"The Young Pistol" was going to take all the fight out of Harley if he had it left in him though. He picked Harley up and hit a Russian legsweep on the World Champion. Logan immediately ran upstairs and signalled for the end! He was going for the Tennessee Jam!!!
And he nailed Harley with it!!! Mel Harris was about to count to three for Logan, but he wasn't covering Blackjack Harley! He was being distracted by Death Row, who had emerged from the back with a 2x4 in his hands! Death Row stood outside the ring, smirking at Travis Logan, and suddenly swung the 2x4, connecting with it and cracking Travis Logan in the head!!!
Logan fell out of the ring as Death Row handed a serious beating to him. He slammed Logan down over the ring steps, smashed his head into the ring apron, and then tossed him into the ring for Blackjack Harley.
Harley looked intensely at Death Row he gave Harley the finger. Why had he just helped out Blackjack here? Harley reluctantly picked an already out of it Travis Logan up and nailed him with the Blackjack Bomb. This match was over!

Harley wasn't up for celebrating though. He immediately called Death Row into the ring so they could have it out. Death Row obliged and slid into the ring, but Blackjack Harley was already all over him!
These two brawled like boxers, with the crowd going wild in the background! Blackjack Harley and Death Row were brawling with each other against the ropes, when a weary Travis Logan got back to his feet and joined the ruckus!!! This was mayhem! Unfortunately, we are out of time! Perhaps we'll get some answers tomorrow night on Saturday Slam! Until then...
Blackjack Harley, Death Row, and "The Young Pistol" Travis Logan all brawled with each other as the show went off the air.
